Comfortable hotel in every way with amazingly great staff at the reception desk. Fairly quiet and elegant room where the beds were in different corners, also great value. Lovely breakfast with different breads, cakes.

The double room was silent with a mini bar, a sofa bed and central heating. Got a free and delicious breakfast included. The view was nice, the service was outstanding!

Nice friendly people. Good breakfast. Great location close to San Marco square. Definitely a hotel to return to when visiting Venice again. Rooms were comfortable enough for the time you spend in a hotel!

Its location was good but we were disapointed with the room and breakfast
The descripton and photos from your site did not reflect the true picture of the hotel. The room was very dated up 5 flights of stairs with no lift!. We had previously stayed in Venice and the hotels were fine. The breakfasts were very poor and not much choice for the amount we paid for our stay there.

Request a room on a lower floor to make carrying luggage easier, especially if you have mobility concerns.

The hotel was well positioned for easy access to all locations in Venice.
The aircon broke down but they quickly attended to it. Also, they advertise as having no WIFI but they do have it except the signal is extremely weak in the rooms.

fantastic base for exploring venice's iconic landmarks and parks
I was thrilled that it was just a five-minute walk to St Mark's Square, putting me right in the heart of Venice's history and charm, and I loved the proximity to lovely eateries like Aciugheta, just steps away for a delicious meal after a day of exploring. As a solo traveler, the 24-hour reception.

Desperately needs an elevator, should not cram 4 beds in one room to create quad. Excellent location, Wireless internet should be included in room tarrif
Stuffy and cramped room as a quad.
