The double room was silent with a mini bar, a sofa bed and central heating. Got a free and delicious breakfast included. The view was nice, the service was outstanding!

In the room, you'll find central heating, a safe box, and a TV with lots of channels. the bed is super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. the views from here are really something special. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it's absolutely fantastic! They have different kinds of bread, fresh fruit salad, and delicious juices.

The location of the hotel is excellent (pretty close to San Zacarias Vaporetto Station).Room decoration is very original.
The bed is not very confortable. We would recommend to update the matress.

Its location was good but we were disapointed with the room and breakfast
The descripton and photos from your site did not reflect the true picture of the hotel. The room was very dated up 5 flights of stairs with no lift!. We had previously stayed in Venice and the hotels were fine. The breakfasts were very poor and not much choice for the amount we paid for our stay there.

The breakfast was wonderful, even better than in most places. the king room was quiet and fairly peaceful, with the beds placed in different corners. - the hotel's location was very central, making it a convenient walk to Doge's Palace.
